We have had a fair number of neighbors ask why we don't have a community bulletin board here so that they, too, can share their experiences.  The answer is simple:  We know what we report here is the truth, and can back it up with documentation.  The same could not be said if we had an open, free-for-all bulletin board.  Plus, we do not want to make this site a place where everyone comes to bitch & gripe and air their greviences.  This site is not meant to be anti-Kolter by any means.

We have spoken with many of our neighbors, heard their experiences and know their feelings toward Kolter.  But we put this site up to share our experiences with Kolter Cresswind in order to hopefully help prospective buyers in making their decisions, educate them on the types of things they need to be alert to, and what they might experience.  We also hope, although we're not holding our breath, that the criticisms & suggestions might seep their way into Kolter & modify their behaviors.
