Professional Paint Job?
Dripped paint blobs on interior doors.
Again, showing the sloppiness of the interior paint job.
Does this look like the quality construction you would expect for a new home?

Attention to Detail:
Missing screw from an interior door hinge shows the lack of attention to detail in this Kolter home.

Back Yard (6-6-2019)
Unacceptable landscaping.
Another view of our back yard and our neighbor's yard.
Unacceptable landscaping.
Notice the shrubs/trees along our neighbor's back property line where the slope starts.  Our slope is even steeper & has no plantings whatsoever.  Our neighbor on the other side has called the County regarding erosion of the slopes and lack of stabilizing plantings.
Another photo of our backyard during our 3rd summer in our home.
Update: 07-07-19:  Kolter has told us that we needed to wait another year in order to see if the lawn "comes back".  As someone with a Ph.D. in Botany, I know dead when I see it, and I have yet to see dead come alive.

Front Yard (6-6-2019)
This photo shows the condition of our front lawn during the 3rd spring we were in our new home.
Update 07-12-19:  Amazingly, Kolter does not mind prospective homeowners seeing the condition of our lawn.  You would think that a builder would want the first homes in a new development to be showcases of their work.  Apparently not.
This photo shows an area uncovered by sod.

Update 07 -07-19:  After 18 months, the window replacement seems to be done satisfactorily.  We are awaiting Kolter's window cleaning before we proclaim that all windows are now acceptable.  We can not stree strongly enough to everyone: AVOID MAGNOLIA WINDOWS AT ALL COSTS!
